Terms for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

1. Order Acceptance and Non-Acceptance

Customers opting for Cash on Delivery (COD) must ensure timely acceptance of their order upon delivery. Failure to accept the COD parcel will result in restrictions on future COD orders for the customer and may lead to a cancellation of their account privileges.

2. Token Payment Requirement

To ensure a smooth transaction and minimize misuse of the COD facility:

• Customers placing high-value orders or multiple item orders may be required to pay a token amount in advance.

• This token amount will be adjusted against the total order value upon delivery.

3. Refund Policy for Token Amount

The token amount is fully refundable in case of order cancellation prior to shipment. However, no refund will be provided for cancellations made after the order has been dispatched or for non-acceptance of the parcel.

4. Right to Decline Orders

The company reserves the right to decline COD orders based on past order history or in cases where token payment requirements are not met.
