Refund policy

  • Masakali. co provides the option for exchange or gift card issuance exclusively. We do not facilitate payment reimbursements. Returns will be accepted up to 7 days following the delivery of your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be in an identical state to when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging complete with the label and tag.
  • A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of issuance of Credit per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items then maybe additional shipment fees will be deducted.
  • In Exchange, You have to pay Rs 125 in advance.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 2-3 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.
  • Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS ARE ONLY. 
  • Payments made with COD & Prepaid will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used in the next 4 Months.
  • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.



Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) Clearance Sale or any such promotions wherein free or heavily Discounted products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. 



  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:
    PLOT NO A-/22/25, UDHNA UDYOG NAGAR, ROAD NO 12, UDHNA, Surat, Gujarat, 394210.
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case prepaid and in the form of store credit (gift card) in case of COD.

    PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents, and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail at with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirm to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
