Refund policy
Returns:
- Masakali.Co exclusively offers 7 days for the product to be returned.
- You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We do not process payment reimbursements.
- We only issue "Masakali Credit" in terms of Gift Cards.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in its original packaging.
- A reverse shipment & handling fee of INR.100 will be Charged.
- if an order contains multiple items, additional shipment fees may be Charged.
- Once a return is processed, no further returns will be accepted for the same order.
- Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- If your PINCODE is out of the service area or the customer failed to hand over the shipment then the customer needs to ship the parcel to our warehouse location.
- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- ORDER MADE VIA GIFTCARD/STORECREDIT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
Exchange – We do not have any exchange policy
REFUNDS FOR FREE OR CLEARANCE DEALS:
- Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) Clearance Sale or any such promotions wherein free or heavily Discounted products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
Steps to initiate the Returns:
- Go to the Return Portal
- Enter your Order Number or Email Or Phone Number.
- Choose the products that you wish to Return.
- If you are not able to see any product that means your order is not eligible as per our
Return policy. - Our team will review your Return request within 24-48 hours
- The team will arrange the reverse pickup at your shipping address mentioned in the order details.
- Handover the package to the assigned pickup agent.
- We received the previous shipment. We will check the Quality and Tags and initiate a new shipment or Masakali Credit for the return order.
- Credit issuance time will be 7 days after the product is picked up from your location.
How to use Masakali gift card (Credit):
- Gift cards can be applied to our website at the time of checkout.
- The code will applied and the amount will deducted from the payable amount.
- The validity of the gift card will be 90 days.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

PLOT NO A-/22/25, UDHNA UDYOG NAGAR, ROAD NO 12, UDHNA, Surat, Gujarat, 394210. - Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of an order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours.

This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents, and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
- In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail at care@masakali.co with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
