Return & Refund Policy

At Masakali, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, alterations, or any signs of use.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Important: A return processing fee of ₹100 per item must be paid before any return request can be approved and processed.

How to Request a Return

You can submit your return request through our Return Portal.

Once your request is approved, further instructions will be provided for the return process.

Return Approval

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Masakali reserves the right to reject any return if:

  • The item shows signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing.
  • The return request is submitted after the 7-day return period.
  • The product does not meet our return eligibility requirements.

Refund Method

We currently do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Once your returned item is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, you will receive a Store Credit equivalent to the value of the returned product.

Store Credit

  • Will be issued via email.
  • Can be used for future purchases on Masakali.co.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred to another customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Discounted products purchased during promotional campaigns
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories (where applicable)
  • Any item returned in used, damaged, or altered condition

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any shipping fees paid during the order placement process will not be included in Store Credit issuance.
